Using Dewy
Dewy is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you build and follow a skincare routine and look after your skin. Please use it kindly and lawfully.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or attempt to derive its source code.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app without our written permission.
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Glow+ subscription
Dewy offers an optional subscription, Glow+, with these options:
- Monthly — billed every month.
- Yearly — billed every year (best value).
A free trial may be offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple — contact Apple Support to request one.
Product scanning & information
Dewy’s Scan & decode feature looks up products using third-party product databases (such as Open Beauty Facts and UPCitemdb). This information — including product names, images, ingredients, and any match or score Dewy shows — is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.
Always read the actual product label and patch-test before use. Dewy is not responsible for third-party data or for how a product affects your skin.
Your content
Everything you create in Dewy — including your quiz answers, routine, check-ins, and progress photos — is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for your own content and for keeping your device backed up.

Dewy is a skincare and self-care tool only. It is not a medical or dermatological service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Routines, ingredient notes, product matches, and Glow Scores are general informational suggestions, not professional guidance.
Always consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor about skin conditions, allergies, or reactions, and patch-test new products before use. If you experience irritation or a reaction, stop use and seek professional advice.
The app is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Dewy lovely and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from any product you choose to use.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dewy means you accept the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
