Using Lexi
Lexi is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the app, and you must not extract or redistribute the bundled dictionary data as your own dataset or product.
Free, with ads on iPhone
The iPhone app is free and supported by ads. By using it you accept that ads will be shown. The Mac app has no ads. Subscribing to Lexi Pro removes ads from the iPhone app.
Ad content
Ads are selected and served by Google, not by us. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for their content or for anything you buy from them. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us and we will report it.
Lexi Pro
Lexi Pro is billed through your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.
Translations are not perfect
Dictionary entries and translations are provided for reference and learning and may be incomplete, dated, or wrong in context. Do not rely on Lexi for legal, medical, official, or safety-critical translation — use a qualified human translator.
Your content
Your saved words and progress stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up — deleting the app removes them, and we cannot recover them.
Provided “as is”
Lexi is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
