Morsel Terms of Use
Welcome to Morsel. By using the app, you agree to these simple terms.

Using Morsel
Morsel is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the app.
Not medical or nutritional advice
Morsel is a self-tracking tool only. Calorie and macro figures are estimates and can be wrong, sometimes significantly. Morsel does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Do not use it to manage a medical condition or an eating disorder. Always consult a qualified professional about your diet and health.
Third-party AI providers
If you add your own API key for Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or another provider, you are responsible for that provider’s terms and for any costs they charge you directly. AI responses may be inaccurate — check anything that matters. We are not responsible for a third-party provider’s availability, output, or billing.
Your content
Your meals, photos, and notes are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up — deleting the app removes them, and we cannot recover them.
Provided “as is”
Morsel is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
