Offerly Terms of Use
A discovery app for real sign-up offers — not a bank, and not a guarantee.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
The short version
Offerly surfaces real sign-up offers and pays out real rewards — it doesn’t hold your money, and it can’t guarantee a partner will approve you.
One account per person, reviews should be genuine, and a reward is only ever an estimate until the partner confirms it.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Iosvisual — one independent developer, who makes Offerly. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use Offerly.
Offerly is distributed through the App Store, so Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple’s standard EULA disagree, Apple’s EULA wins. You can read Apple’s Standard EULA in full.
What Offerly is
Offerly is a discovery app for affiliate offers, rewards and promotions from banks, fintechs, travel and subscription brands (“partners”). When you open an offer through the app, we may earn a commission from the partner if you go on to take the required action — this is how Offerly is funded, and we disclose it wherever an offer links out to a partner.
Offerly is not a bank, lender, broker or financial advisor, and it does not hold or move your money. Every offer is subject to the partner’s own terms, eligibility rules and approval process, which are outside our control. We show our best understanding of an offer’s reward and requirements, but we don’t guarantee you’ll be approved, that a partner will honor a specific amount, or that a reward will be paid, where the partner requires eligibility checks, a minimum spend, verification or other conditions we can’t confirm in advance.
Who can use Offerly
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Offerly, and you confirm that any financial offer you act on is one you’re legally able to take out in your own country. We ask your age range during setup so we don’t show offers that require you to be an adult if you’ve told us you’re under 18; you’re responsible for answering accurately.
Your account
- One account per person. Don’t create multiple accounts to claim the same offer twice or abuse referrals.
- You’re responsible for whatever happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete my account.
Rewards
A reward shown in the app is an estimate until a partner confirms the qualifying action. Once confirmed, we’ll mark it as owed to you and arrange payment through the method described in the app. Rewards may be reduced, delayed or refused by us if the partner reverses the conversion — for example because of a cancellation, return or fraud — or if we reasonably believe the activity was fraudulent, automated, or otherwise designed to game the reward rather than genuinely use the partner’s product.
Reviews and content you post
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with an offer. We moderate reviews before they go live and may remove or refuse to publish anything that’s fake, abusive, off-topic, or posted to manipulate an offer’s rating. By posting a review, you give us permission to show it in the app, including your display name.
What you agree not to do
- Create fake accounts, fake reviews, or fake referrals to earn rewards you haven’t genuinely earned.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools against the app or its backend.
- Interfere with other members, partners, or the operation of the app.
- Use Offerly for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches a partner’s own terms.
Intellectual property
The Offerly app, its design and its content (other than partner logos and offer copy, which belong to their respective brands) belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose — nothing more.
Disclaimers and liability
Offerly is provided “as is.” We work to keep offer details accurate and up to date, but partners change their terms without telling us, so always check an offer’s own terms before acting on it. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions you make based on an offer shown in the app, for a partner’s failure to honor an offer, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under EU consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Apple's role
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Offerly. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Offerly. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Offerly after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you’re an EU consumer, you also keep whatever protections the mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you, and can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform for any dispute with us.
